Anyone using BoeBerly RV Rental property agrees to the following Terms and Conditions: 

 

Refunds:
No refunds within 72 hours  of booking date.

50% refund if less than 6 days to booking date.

Full refund if prior to 7 days of booking date.

Cleaning:
Up to $300 cleaning fee will be assessed if excess cleaning is needed.

​

Smoking:
No Smoking on Premises: $2,000 smoking fine if found to have smoked inside our unit. 

​

Disrespect/Harassment/Unlawful use of property will not be tolerated and owner has right to terminate stay without refund.

Liability:
Injury of any kind for any reason will not find  Boeberlys RV Rental at fault.
